Project Scope:

• Supply, delivery, and on-site installation of:

  • 15 Haematology Analyzers (5-part diff)

  • 10 Biochemistry Machines (semi-auto)

  • 20 Lab Centrifuges (PRP-grade)

• Provide training for lab staff (at least 1 week)

• 12-month warranty and support

Eligibility Criteria:

• Registered medical equipment supplier (local or international)

• Must provide evidence of previous deliveries to government health facilities

• Valid Medical Council of Zambia certificate for product registration

• Product certifications (CE/ISO)

Submission Requirements:

• Equipment brochure & spec sheet

• Delivery timelines per province

• Price schedule with taxes and duties

• Proof of product certifications
