• Structural works, plumbing, electrical, and finishing

• Parking area for 30 vehicles

• Landscaping and drainage system

• Must meet ZEMA & NCC compliance standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be a registered construction firm (NCC Grade 2 or higher)

• Proof of similar completed projects in the last 5 years

• Valid tax clearance certificate

• Minimum of 2 engineers registered with EIZ
